Great experience used this in the mountains in Switzerland for 18 days for a family of 3, connection was great and the unlimited data was perfect. Look forward to now using this for every trip in our holiday home as pick up and drop off were so easy. Also meant for one member who didn't have a local SIM card they would just take the wifi with them and we could always be in touch via whats app calls. Big thumbs up, highly recommend it.read more

Easiest online transaction in a while, and that too from a different country. Was able to pick up the hot spot from the airport in Switzerland, used it for a week and then dropped it off in France. Worked like a charm for our entire family.read more

it was excellent experience in Switzerland. No glitch. Getting it and returning was as easy as it can be. Service was excellent in Switzerland, however in France, it was bit disappointing, specially in rush areas. Wherever there was other wifi, it practically did not work. Need to improve services on global router.read more

I was able pick up the pocket WiFi as I walked out of the arrivals area at Zurich Airport and remain connected for the duration of my 2 days business travel in Switzerland. The battery life was excellent and the signal really strong. I will use the service again the next time. Great value and service.read more

My flight was delayed and they were very understanding about how to collect my wifi. The router was strong even on top of Jungfraujoch and didn't drain my phone battery too much. Also came with a free piece of chocolate. Highly recommended.read more

Very very easy and convenient. The reception is very good and there's a spare battery too. I used this in our group of 7 when we were in Switzerland (March 2019). Forget about SIM card and book this travelers WIFI.

Travelers WiFi provided a great service for traveling around the Switzerland We ordered online to pick up Travelers Wifi from a post office on route. It works perfectly. We were never without internet during our trip. It meant we didn’t need to be concerned about our usage as it was unlimited. Would highly recommend. i picked it up from Zurich main station. i was traveling from Basel to Geneva and all the way of Bernina Express and had no signal issue at all. Even through mountains and valleys . I had some thoughts about the battery's life but fortunately it proved me wrong :) . When it was time to leave just dropped it in post box. Great job guys !!! I travel to Switzerland rather frequently. WiFi services at hotels are not too convincing, so I started using Travelers WiFi.That makes the difference! I pick it up at the airport, press the button, and I am connected without any dropouts and fast throughout my journey, wherever I go. WE were able pick up the Wifi as we walked out of the arrivals area at Zurich Airport and remain connected for the duration of my 2 week holiday in Switzerland, Austria and Northern Italy. The battery life was excellent and the only issue was that you had to turn it off and on when you crossed the border. I will use the service again next time I travel. I could not be happier with the Traveler’s Wifi service. I used it on my recent trip to Switzerland, Budapest, Vienna and Prague and it worked perfectly, even in the most remote areas, faster than hotels wifi. We picked it up at the Service Center in Zurich airport, super easy and friendly staff. The package includes a return postage envelope so you can mail it back without worry. Highly recommend it. I can definitely recommend Travelers Wifi. Picked it up from the Post Office near the campsite without any problems. Even though we were in a valley the signal was excellent, and being able to connect 10 devices meant no hassle with people trying to post updates on social media. Dropped it into the post box on the way home so the whole process is as simple as possible.read more

Travelers Wifi was SUCH a blessing on my recent trip to Switzerland. I travel all over the world, and this was, BY FAR, the best pocket Wifi I've ever rented. Service was ALWAYS available (even in the most remote areas) and we were able to connect up to 10 devices! That's unheard of with other companies. And, when we were all connected (6 devices at once), we never noticed a slowdown. It was incredible. For an entire 2 weeks, we NEVER used the hotel Wifi because the Traveler's Wifi was so much better! Easy pick-up at the airport and easy drop off at the end of our stay (I left the enclosed return box with the hotel front desk to mail for me). Easy breezy! Highly recommend!read more
